Bad MPG and a couple codes

I seem lately to be getting bad gas MPG. I have an PO420 code, witch I can see because of my catless DP. Also I have P0496 code witch it says EVAP purge system. What is this and what can it be? Thanks

Bad fuel cap. Bad evap lone. Or a bad purge valve.
