Its Farely straight forward what you need to do is have a decent 15mm open end wrench preferably with a long handle. Push down on the tensioner with the 15mm wrench towards the firewall to loosen the belt and pull it of make sure you remember how the belt is routed. The new belt should be wrapped around the 2 bottom pullies and the pulled and you will need to make a u shape with the belt around the alternator and then onece you have that done use the 15mm wrench and push back towards the fire wall again to pop the new belt into place. It should only take about 15 minutes.

we had to use a prybar to push back down the tensioner to get the belt back on. it doesn't help that the final pulley to get over is plastic.

Easiest way is to loosen the supercharger bolts and let it lean in

SO NOT Necessary, lot more work than need I have 2.8 inch supercharger pulley and the larger 2.5 inch idler pulley and didnt have any troubles. Its all about working smarter not harder.

The final pulley should be the supercharger pulley which I know mine is metal but have never seen them plastic and it really shouldn't make a difference.

Its more work than you need to do the belt is pud. There is no reason that you should have to loosen the bolts of the supercharger not to mention if you try to properly torque the bolt on the supercharger under the stress of the belt you could damage something.

Thanks for letting me know that if you improperly torque a bolt, something could get messed up... I never knew that until now

No reason to get all defensive. I only state these things because I learned from my mistakes forums are supposed to be a place to recieve help and if you give someone the wrong information you could potentially lead them to breaking something. Before posting something technical make sure that the quality of information you are lending is worth the time it took you to write it. If the OP would have used that information it could have ended up badly.
