ohh, theyve always been great with me... exceptionally good in my circumstances... but ive seen post from people who they (zzp) attempted to blow them off... but i quess they eventually fixed it, i dont know... its just that new girl they hired to answer the phones, she dosent know much but there warranty policy... and she just repeats it over and over again ha ha ha

So i have the zzp downpipe highflow cat, gm extrude honed manifold, and megan catback..it sounds badd ass. it is superloud, but i love it. its really deep and screams at WOT. but ever since i added the downpipe to it, i get this rattling sound under my car, and i know everything is tightened well cause i used an impact on it all. so yall think i to need to get better bolts?

No.. your being called ignorant because;
first you started to tie into a respected vendor for a mistake that is either, a) is you rinstallers fault, or b) something that could have been avoided with a bit of research.
second, you insulted a few members (including an0malous), by saying that the H/DP is sounding a 'rice burner' sound... again research > you.

no i sent the an emali saying i was dissatisfied with the bolts and asked for a new gasket since the only reson the gasket was meesd up was cause the bolts broke and i took my car to a very good trusted shop that works on sports cars

I just went through the same thing. I installed the DP / Header last Saturday, the bolts ZZP provided lasted about 45 minutes before one of them snapped in the middle and blew half the gasket off. I called ZZP on Monday for replacement gaskets and what not. I can't recall who I talked to but she was very nice and helpful. I received the gaskets a couple days later (oh ya also ordered a 02 bung plug, I had to use an old 02 sensor) I finally got around to taking the car into the shop yesterday. We took everything apart and I will agree with you here, the bolts they supplied aren’t strong enough for this application and the aluminum washers turned into bent cans when taking it off. After upgrading to some major heavy duty bolts everything has been working fine. IMO this is a well made and put together product. It gives you very nice gains for little work.

Bottom Line, Buy new bolts before installing the product. The product is very well made they just need to include heavier duty bolts.

I love my ZZP header/DP combo so far. I have yet to have a problem with the bolts and even if I do, oh well I paid under 500$ for a Midlength Header AND downpipe. If you ask me, that is a hell of a price.

I THREW THE bolts zzp send me in the garbage and i used my stock ones why dont other people do that.

Yeap, I spent about 2 hours yesterday here at my work's shop replacing all of the bolts and hardware. One of the bolts broke on me 2 days ago.

They send out 3/8" bolts, aluminum washers and expect that to hold up? We were able to fit 1/2" bolts into every hole, why the hell would they send out 3/8"? Those are obviously undersized.

The crap gasket they sent was already blown out. We made our own out of some good high temp gasket material.

Don't use their hardware. Go get 1/2" grade 8 bolts, nuts and washers and save yourself the headache of a bolt breaking off.
