yep same type, the problem with them is they don't seal properly to the walls of the muffler and the exhaust gasses that go through the leaks make it sound like ****.

When we first started selling these, we grabbed some bolts we had a bunch of. They broke right away and can be notated by their silver color. After some complaints, I told my guys to order 'the best bolts $ can buy'. These bolts have 9 dashes on them, so I'm assuming they are grade 9. Honestly we've sold about 200 sets of that combo so I'm not sure who is complaining about the old bolts or the new ones.

On the customer service side of things, you can always PM me if there is a problem. I don't take orders, assemble them or do shipping but I do own the company. If you need a gasket or something got seriously messed up and no one will help you, PM me. (please reserve basic questions for our customer service email though).

i work at a shop and i'll pretty much garantee it, its usually the first tool you look for after applying the "knocker loose" hence the exhaust bolts are always
1. rusty
2. tight as a mother

I didn't and I had one break. And don't tell me I overtightened it because I didn't. I'm pretty sure a good grade bolt should be able to take whatever I can do with just a 3/8" ratchet.

Ok, I'm confused. The ca gauge pod is listed as an autometer gauge pod. It also states that it winds up being 1.5" too short. It also states the color is not exact but close. This sounds more like you are describing. Do you maybe have them backwards?

I dont know about those bolts that were sent out. I got the ones with the 9 markings on them, following the standard that would mean these are grade 11 which I have never heard of and neither had the mechanics in our shop. They work on concrete trucks and all they use is grade 8 for everything. If thats good enough for a mixer, I would assume that would be plenty for our exhaust.

I would also send out at least 1 size larger, the one's that I got were 3/8", I would at least send out the 7/16", if not 1/2". Those bolts are too small for the holes they are going through.

Just my 2 cents.

I dont see how you guys can blame him for the shitty nuts/bolts.Im sure zzp is well aware of this issue.Any smart business would do what they had to do to make sure there product was defective free.God forbid they lose $10 on the sale for giving some decent nuts/bolts with the header downpipe combo.
