They have good service and the quality of the exhaust work is top notch. Just a bummer that they end up sending out hardware that is this crappy. Oh well.

I work for Fastenal and the bolts and nuts are Grade 9 hardware, the best u can get(atleast what came in my kit), but the washers are cheap which I upgraded to Grade 9 also along with some Hi-alloy lock washers. If those bolts/ nuts that u had on ur h/dp were Grade 9 and they broke, ZZP must be getting some counterfit bolts then because there is no reason for them to break.
