regardless of everything said

ZZP in the end should throw some grade 8 bolts into their setups and it wouldn't be an issue

^^^ you're 100% right....but coming in here and putting things like zzp=cheap stuff and bashing a vendor before even asking anything about your issue kind of negates any help we might want to give you.

I don't know about the Cobalt products, but I was very happy with the cam, valve springs, spring retainers, pushrods, and a few other things I had gotten through there for my Camaro.

try using your own head to search for ideas.....think for yourself some.

heres a little hint of the things you can come up with when you just think outside the box for quieting down an exhaust

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Viper-Exhaust-...QQcmdZViewItem

this is on its way to my house right now.
its a bit of an experiment, but if it works...then its a hell of alot cheaper than mufflers or resonators.

looks like your shop doesn't work on very many sports cars, they probably got the torque specs wrong and busted them

which baffle though?

one of those screw into the muffler ones?

baffles are known for reducing rasp in exhausts...
