I understand what it's like to need help. I've had help when I most needed it, I have no problem giving back.

****, just the other day I gave all the cash I had on me to a random guy that stopped me outside of Buffalo wild wings. Said he lost his wallet and ran out of gas. Poor guy.

Then as I was leaving BWW's, I saw a guy grenade his trans right in front of me, so I pulled in front of him, hooked up the tow rope, and pulled him into a parking lot out of the road. It was an '01 or newer impala. The guy had just bought the car, I knew he was going to get if fixed no problems, so I left it at that.

I may seem like an ******* on the forums, but I'm really not. It's just the way I come off, I was raised in the south ya know, so I'm a tad on the hard-headed side.

It ended up not being the starter. I can get the car to turn over no problem now, just waiting on the crankshaft position sensor to show up.

thanks anyways though.

yea, I still find people like that. Pretty dumb how rude they are. As weird as it sounds, I stop and give rides to high school students that are walking home or something all the time, if I'm in uniform. I know they won't get in the car at all if I wasn't in uniform.

ShortStack - That's so true man. I am glad to see that there are people out there in the world as nice as I am lol. I feel like sometimes all I do is give and give and give and never get anything back besides jason's money lol.

Jason - Stay on reserve for now, but feel free to come down and we can have a cobalt meet/party at my place =D.

Ralli - I will call you when I know whether or not things are going to be warrantied. If its NOT going to be warrantied then I think I am going to pay you to drive out here and drop the tranny to see what the issue is. If it's something simple as a seal we will go from there, however if it's a cracked tranny I might have to take out a loan from the bank lol.

dude, with your condition and stuff, I'd do it for free. Just pay for gas, food, and give me a bed to sleep in and we'd be cool. 5hrs is nothing, I'd come out in a heartbeat if you need me too, just let me know. I'll pm you my cell number.
Very nice.

Ralli - Also I can do SOME work on the car, just not any heavy lifting unless I was like flat on my back, then I could help you bench press the tranny up or something. Don't get me wrong im not like 100% crippled, I can walk unassisted but I do walk with a slight limp. I am doing a hell of a lot better then I was a year 1/2 ago though.

jrhd - don't forget buying the random things you don't even want like the nitrous bottle just to help me out lol =D. However I am telling you, you will LOVE nitrous.

ralli - I am thinking I should come up with the money for forged pistons and we can make this a REAL build lol.

chris - The car probably wouldn't make it there unless I was continuously pouring tranny fluid into it lol. I appreciate the heads up though. Plus it would be the opposite direction for ralli. However if you want to make the 2hr drive out here to help us feel free, you can crash on one of my couches =D.

hell yea, we can do a little meet, that would be cool. take lots of pics. I'll bring my camera for sure. Depending on when we do it, I may have my car tuned, or just putting miles on it still. Either way, whatever. I can tune it out there if need be. I got HPTuners.

****, if your car needs tuned, and you got the money to unlock some credits, we can give a little bit extra to your car as well. I have a LM-1 wideband so that I can tune anyone. Just gotta pop out the rear 02, I'll turn it off in hptuners, do the tuning, plug the 02 back in when done and turn the rear 02 back on.

I won't know anything until I get a call back either at the end of today or tomorrow from the shop saying that the car is or isn't covered under warranty. If this can be done under warranty it will be. If not, we will do it the hard and expensive way.

ralli if you bring your car I will do the tuning for it with my credits, or you can do the tuning yourself with my credits .

haha, now you want to go ahead and do pistons?? I'd give yourself more time for down time in that case. If you really want, we can drop it all out and go that route, it's up to you. But be prepared to spend some money on a lot of bolts and gaskets that will need replaced. Hell, might as well do some headwork at that point as well.

even a little help will make things go faster.

lol sounds good. As far as the pistons and all of that it would depend on what the problem with the car is to begin with. If I really have to get a new tranny myself I wont be able to afford it, but if its just a simple gasket of some sort then I would be able to afford it, and I really don't care about down time considering the shop wont be able to get to my car for a week.

I don't work or anything so its not like I NEED a car either lol.

ralli we will definitely be doing some tuning to your car for sure, mine should be set though unless I am getting a new motor that I don't know about lol.

Everyone cross there fingers so I don't have to have ralli and his friend, plus victory, plus jhrdpaintball all drive out to work on my car haha.
