Big Problem.
I thought I remember seeing something awhile back about that. I am getting ready to call this place to see if they will warranty me or not. There's no reason why they couldn't have gotten back to the shop by 5. It's not that hard, brawr. Oh well they are open tell 7 and I am about to call them.
I found one here in nebraska for 690 bucks. that's without a limited slip.
found one in illinois for 450 without a limited slip.
found one in tennessee for 350 bucks without a limited slip.
one in indiana for 675 w/o limited slip.

I really want limited slip, but that one for 450 is kinda tempting, but i have no idea if its in good condition or not ya know.
If I do need a new trans and it isn't covered under this warranty I might put the car back to stage 2 and take it to the dealership, however I could use help with that lol.
Just got off the phone with the warranty place and they said all they need is for the shop to give them a total before they authorize it. Basically its already authorized, they just need an estimate. So within the next couple of days my guy is going to write up the invoice to drop the tranny and change the rear main seal and any other seal in the tranny or whatever along with the clutch and flywheel and IF the tranny happens to be cracked, then they call back and report what was discovered and we go from there and try and get approval.

Will do, thanks for everything guys. As of this point, nothing has been 100% approved, but I will let you know when it does. I'm not going to say I need a new tranny if I don't, I am a straight up honest person, I just want this problem fixed. Besides if the claim is UNDER 1k then its easier to get approved. However I don't know how the shop see's a new flywheel, clutch, seals and labor being under 1k. If so then there really helping me out on the install price lol, but who knows. I will find out everything tomorrow 100% for sure.
edit: I am logging of for the night, thanks again for everything you guys and I will keep everyone updated. Brad thanks again to you, and Jason thanks man for willing to drive all the way out here, chris thanks for letting me use your place if need be and or coming along.
I still say we all get together sometime soon though and have a mini meet at my place. Ralli and his friend + chris + me = drunk party with hot chicks and sexy cars.
