Here's the old thread: https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/show...ototype+blower
Do I have graphs to post.... No, but 2 falls ago my car dyno'd 282 whp while in H.O.M. running the GMR S3 hardware.
No M62 car has done that with the GMR S3 setup. The highest I know of is Micro, who runs a similar setup to mine minus the H62. He dyno'd nearly 260 whp.
One comparison I do have is via airflow.
When I ran the M62 my car flowed around 31.74 lbs/min w/ the 76mm pulley.
With the H62 my car now flows around 36-37.14 lbs/min w/ the 76mm pulley.
^This was tested the same day before & after install of the H62.
It flows a decent amount more than a stock M62, but no where close to the TVS.
I do know of a member who made 308 whp with one of the other H62's that were floating around, and the Time Attack SS/SC made 320 whp (off spray) with the H62 (built motor of course).
With cams, race gas, & my other mods I already have, I should have no problem getting near 300 whp. We shall see next year....

No problem man.
Well, u can tune it, but like I mentioned, you would need to purchase the Trifecta unlocked version. It starts out as a genuine GMR S3 tune, but u can have it unlocked for tuning. Which means u can tune it yourself with HP Tuners or have Vince tune it.
Confusing, I know, haha.

I'm SO confused!
so, what you're saying is --a guy can get a copy of the GM S2 tune on a regular pcm, and then it can be edited?
I can't buy a real GM S2 pcm, unlock it, edit the tune for TVS-E85-80's, (or whatever, just using that as an example) and then run a 50 dry shot.

Correct.
Vince at Trifecta has the genuine GMS3 tune. He can upload it onto your existing PCM. He has options u can select like leaving the tune "unlocked". What this does is allows u to custom tune the GMS3 OS to your mods if u so choose. Vince can also tweak it for u as well.
If u were purchase a genuine GMS3 PCM from Crate Engine Depot, you would not be able to alter the tune, because it is locked from GM.
GMS3*

Hmm.... that's news to me.
Thanks for the update.
I'm sure Vince can still custom tune you using the GMS3 OS though. I guess he just stopped releasing the HPT unlocked version.
Ur welcome man.
