Dd mine today. At 150,000 miles I was at 155 across the board. Is that good, bad or indifferent ?

180 is more common on the lsj.

Did u try a wet compression test??

At least the compression is the same across the engine. No reason to touch the engine. Shut the hud and keep driving it. Lol

You can grab 3 different compression testers and get 3 different readings. As long as they are even across the board, run it IMO.

Elevation can have an effect also.
Like blue said u can get different numbers from different tester.
Seems that they r all close to one another is a good sign. Just put some new plugs in it check the oil and shut the hood and drive it.

there is a need to touch the engine if tis the ring set it will soon start blowing the stick out I its valves you stand a chance of them starting to burn

I understand.
The OP isn't in here complaining about oil in the intake or his plugs looking like **** or his car running like crap. He did a compression test and came up with low numbers on every cylinder.
A co-worker has a 04 cavi 2.2 with well over 300k on the engine. Never has done any major work. Besides basic tune ups. He's been running it for a year or more with 125 psi across the board.

That's y i say put some new plugs in it and run it till it dies. If it works don't fix it. Lol

Let be honest here, the car has 150K miles wiht a TVS and Meth, some wear is going to occur, i imagine the car doesnt just crusie at 3K rpms all the time.

IMHO i would just enjoy the car. if you really like it and want to keep it, buy another block and build a motor while you're driving this one.

I would do a leak down to locate the problem

I just did a compression test on the weekend. Used my buddies Gauge which was an older one and it read 130 across the board. Went home and used my own and it read 200 across the board. Depending on the life and quality of the gauge they can be that far out.

But a leakdown test would tell the exact tale.
