crank case relearn

ok so heres the deal. just got done doing a zzp stage 3 kit with 2.8 pulley, s3 h/e, zzp header with high flow cat and a dual pass w/ option b. car starts and idles fine no CEL on or codes stored. took the car for a ride and seems to have a miss around 3k and also doesnt seem to have alot of power. seems like the timeing may be off. so my question is when i do the crank relearn will it help and adjust the timeing better or is it something like i just have to drive the car so the fuel maps reset to where they should b?

Did you send your PCM in before or after the install? I hear if you don't send it in before you have to do a crank case relearn.

they sent me one preflashed. i was going to do the relearn any way when i went to work sence i work for a gm dealer. just woundering if that would solve my problem or if i have an issue somewere else
