craptastic resonator.......

im not one to come out and blatantly fire off at a manufacture about parts, but this ones takes the cake.

i have an 18 inch vibrant resonator, and a 24 inch one as well. the 24 inch one of over a year old. zero issues with it. however the lil fancy 18 inch sucker is cracked, and leaking. where you might ask? the FACTORY weld. those cute little robotic tig welded ones that look so nice and smooth and perfect? yulp. cracked right there. now it's leaking, rattling like crazy, making all sorts of stupid racket.

what pisses me off more is, i sell this stuff daily. i have enough confidence in a part that it is on my personal cars. this just took the cake for me.

i know a couple vibrant people are on here. hopefully you do see this. once the car goes on the lift, pics will be taken. maybe i won't get blown off this time on a solution.

i normally don't do this sort of thing, like i said, this one pisses me the eff off.

That sucks. Hopefully you can get it taken care of. Only takes one rotten apple to ruin the bushel... I hope the vendor/manufacturer will take care of it for ya. Keep us posted on what goes down, I'd like to see the pics too.

p.s. - I got a lift in my garage.. come tune my car and its all yours...

**** happens and parts break, that's just a part of modding. Hopefully it is covered and they will swap it with a new one for you!
