ya know. i never once said water alone will make power. what people are missing is the other substance being added. meth, alky, race gas. whatever you wish really.
water alone will NOT make power. we all know this. i hope. when you start throwing methanol into mix as a base, then adding a bit of water to it to control the flash point. then cool things start to happen
