engine finally gave

did a couple runs against an evo and the final run the engine finally called it quits...the dip stick blew out and threw the oil everywhere and i think the piston rings are fried but hopefully ill find out when i take it apart...dont mind the wires i started taking all the hose off it and the rail cover off so i could pull the sc and check it and luckily it was still good

I would bet its actually fine and your pcv check valve got stuck open. Compression check for sure, but when that checks out you'll have to replace that check valve.
