ok, I was doing some work on the fuel rail, and I looked inside one of the injector ports, and I don't think this is good for fueling, and considering thats the one over the piston that blew. Their is barely a quarter inch of space for the fuel get by. I've been looking for a modded fuel rail or some way to open it up, any ideas

You can make a rail. But this rails fine from what I'm able to see. The inlet nozzle on the injector is small and doesn't need a larger port to get the correct fuel. What should have been done is the fueling has seperate fuel lines to the injectors so we can keep track of pressure pure cylinder and we can make sure each cyclinder gets the.correct amount of fuel.

yeah, it is a bad picture, but from the looks of it, is thats the side the fuel line hooks to, and it turns 90 degrees inside the rail, and they actually have part of the fitting is almost as big as the inside of the fuel rail, and is blocking most of the passage to the injector, like I said their is only maybe a just under a quarter inch for the fuel to pass through, I kinda want to drill it out a bit, but don't want to **** it up to were it don't work right, we'll see if the new engine comes with a fuel rail, and if it does, I'll see what I can do

do NOT modify the fuel rail. you will have more issues than you will ever know if you do.

I say 400+ are the goals here.. issue is its not higher compression or stroked.

What size nozzle do you guys plan on running with the methanol kit? Is it strictly to keep the charged air temps down?

I see he is running a new Fuel pump and 1000cc injectors. Is that enough for the fueling? Or do you plan on supplementing the fueling with the methanol also?

How boost is that setup seeing?

26-27 I beleive boost, he's running zzps referenced system along with the pump and 1000cc id injectors. Right now he is still rich because we havent received a good log due to. A faulty laminova sealing and a faulty head gasket...

with the 1000's alone it should be enough. Thats what im going to be running. I am betting the meth is strictly for temps since he had it prior to E85. Im going to be running meth on E as well since the car already has the kit on it.

What is your meth/water ratio? What size nozzle are you running? What is your IDC?

They are pretty much cake.. the main reason it works so nicely is the fact of the systwm being referenced and low fuel pressure.
