That one is a bit shorter than the stock resonator. I paid $50 at a local performance shop for the install and short bit of stainless pipe to make up the extra length.

yeah i had that car before it got totled and now i got the cobalt...but it was real loud on the Spec-v....sounded like there was Mexican jumping beans inside there lol

I believe its the resonator that they put on the coabalt ss stock. I know after i put a resonator on the 2.2 ecotec cavalier that i had it did the same exact thing, so i'm use to it.

I gotta tell you, when I put on my GMPP exhaust, I was like that's it? The stock pipe was just as big and the only restrictive piece of the resonator. I wonder if it was a sound descision.
