The LSJ supercharger gaskets are reusable. If you don't want to wait on your dealer to get you one (if yours is damaged) we sell them for a lot less than $75.00.

If you get quoted less than 3.0 hrs you're getting a deal. (dealers can charge less if they want - many will if THEY sold you the kit)

I think the 1.5 was tossed around as a typical charge to "reflash only" for the Stage 1.
*Remember it's really got nothing to do with how long it takes. The the calcualtions used to create the "retail time" includes a "charge" for the special equipment used and the costs relating to the level of tehncian training required to perform the operation.

I will ask for clarity on Friday when I get mine installed.

But I couldn't see any problem by removing it.. but i was reading in another post that someone said it was a modular pulley meaning it was interchangable.. does this mean GM may do something with that?

I haven't but on Friday I drive straight from the dealer to the dyno shop. Sheet will be posted by 5pm Friday pst, to compare with anyone else who gets one done before then.

Thats kinda what I thought this morning when I dropped my car off to get Stage 2 put on.
It cost me $156
to have it all installed. I dropped it off at 8 and it was done (with a road test by my tech too) at 11.WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!!

You may have done or thought of what I am going to say in this post, but I have not actually seen any info or discussion about this.
Just a word of warning. make sure your pulley is not less than half of the circumference of the crank pulley or you will destroy your supercharger. It will be over spinning anyway and I cant tell you what will happen.
The little eaton rev limit is 14000 rpm. so say the crank pulley is 6" and spins at 7000 rpm then 3" will spin the ecotec at 14000 rpm.
Take a piece of string wrap it around the pulley and mark the string. pull it back out to measure the circumference. I have not done this yet but plan to do it. let me know what you find if you take my advice.
just dont want to see anyone have a major failure.

Got Bad News On The Stage Kits. I Work At A Gm Dealer And Just Got Off The Phone With Gmpp. Right Now There Is A Delay On Getting The Kits Until At Least The End Of April. It Seems That Gm Farmed Out To Of The Components For The Kits Overseas And Production Will Not Arrive Until April. Also Heard That The Kit Might Be Different Than The Ones Some Of You Have Already Installed (possible Parts Problem ? With Existing Kits
