Why not not keep it plugged? I have mine plugged for daily driving.....is it bad?

Well the supercharger is always under load...

 

I just had mine done and it took them 3 hours. Charged me 2.5. I asked about the 1.5 on Partec and they said that is a warranty labour #.
I now sit here at another shop waiting to get dynoed.

 

I just had Stage 2 installed and they said definitely warranty approved.
Waiting to get on the dyno now.

Before people start getting freaked out realize that they didn't even take the car to redline, the dyno graph stops a little past 6500 when the car can go up to 7000. Also, remember that the Intense kit only gained 40 whp and that was with a 2.8" pulley.

We need to see more dyno's before we can really tell what the kits have because I think this one is screwed up.

 

Considering we've seen Cobalt's dyno under 200hp stock. We should wait for more dyno runs to be conclusive.

That is not true. Stage 1 redlines at 7000 too. Both reflashes are the same so if one does it so does the other.

 

 

Go ahead and sell it then feel like an ass when someone gets real dyno #'s to the 7k redline not the 6.5k that this other moron did.

 

There you guys go. Notice no 7000 rpms max, and the second one states stage 2 coming. Seems inaccurate to me.

w/ the reflash it is 7k redline look at the graphs it is 6.5

 

He went no were close to the 7000 RPM reve limiter.

 

So when is he putting stage 2 on cuz I've seen enough stock dyno sheets.

Well for one I wont "fee" like an ass because 20 hp thats friggin weak. I TOLD You guys I was reading redline forums and seen rumors that it was only a 20whp gain now I see the proof. Ok So he didnt he only went to 6500 rpm...... so what when he does go to 7k he might get that 25-30 hp instead of 20hp... wow

Seriously guys im not trying to flame anyone here if you like the gm stage kits power to you, but I do not appreciate being lied to they promised us 40 hp and gave us 20.


I think I will buy gm stage 1 purely for the reflash and injectors, than look elsewhere for the pulley's and what not.

 

GMPP advertised and additional 36 HP with stage II at the crank, not the wheels!
