Your stating facts but how do you know he isnt?????? To me it sounds like he is not extremely into the whole process and so, if a dyno operator shows him 300 whp etc, why should he not believe him???? Again, they are just numbers!!!! Who cares!! They are for tuning purposes only, he said he has injectors and exhaust to fix and will be dynoed again on Wed. if there is an improvement on his numbers then there is an improvement. Why are you guys acting like ass hats???? Yes, alot of you are.
Its one thing to politely disagree and state your opinions but really, most of you are band wagoners, some who have probably never even seen a dyno never mind having your car dynoed.
What happened to educating and informing other members? Be better than that, if you guys are the gods some of you think you are stand up and be counted, dont make yourself out to be an ass.

Also, this place isnt gospel, I have seen 2 cobalt SS/SC's run in the 12's on drag radials, no spray and the M62 still doing the work. And no, not 12.9xxx they are running 12.40- 12.65's . They were one of the main reasons I bought my SS/SC as a daily driver. I can also tell you that they are not on this site or any other site as they think **** like this is a joke.. That is their opinion but right now its hard to argue that fact.

 

 

That is correct this place ins't gospel. But when you have some of the Best Cobalt Tuners in the nation, in this thread to be exact, and he calls them out. You don't expect them not to be asshats correct?

The 300whp goal has been more of a myth really only 1 maybe has done it on the M62 alone and that was a 2.50" pulley.

So when someone newb comes in here spouting off 300whp with no proof he's gonna get flamed. And once again check the Offical Dyno Thread, you will notice the issue here with the 2.8" pulley.

i can tell you that there is someone that i know (on this site and in person) that is pushing 300+

 

With spray or with a 2.6" or below pulley it's believable! I know several who are close or will be there by Spring. It's not the 300whp that is unbelieveable its 300whp with less mods and tuning than 98% of the rest of the cars here!

i can also tell you that there is a procharged 2.4 on this site that rarely posts (if ever anymore) thats probably pushing 350 hp... so just because people dont speak up doesn't mean it doesn't happen, ,most people don't give a **** long as they know what it says and how their car runs what do they have to prove
