Having an issue with a couple CEL's (P2122 & P2138)

Well, I seem to be having a problem with 2 CEL's. The car didn't start acting up for a month or two after we put the new engine in. The first code I'm getting is a P2122 and that seems to be the code that pops up the most. The other is a P2138. Very rarely will both of the codes pop at the same time. it's mostly the 2122. Sometimes it will be the 2138. I know it has something to do with the APP sensors. i tried switching out the pedal for a new one, also unplugged all electrical connections and cleaned them with electronic parts cleaner. doesn't look like there are any breaks in any wiring or anything. Is there anything else i can do?

It could have something to do with the tb I would make sure it's connected really well maybe clean up the connector and see how that goes

sorry to bring this back from the dead but no, im still having this problem. it is intermittent unfortunately. im wondering if it may be wiring related because i just threw a P2138 driving home normally. hit a bump, and it threw the car into limp mode. i have 2 TB's and both of them still throw the codes. pretty aggravating because thats the only CEL's that have come on. i would love to diagnose this myself but i have no tools and honestly wouldnt know where to start >.>

Lol, the codes are in the OP.. and its in the title. But if people still can't see them, they are P2122 and P2138.. both are intermittent. Hardly ever get both at the same time

I was throwing the same codes replaced everything with no solution to the codes. It turned out to be the fuel pump. Turn your key on and then wait a few seconds. Then take the fuel rail cover off and test for fuel pressure. If you don't have any then your fuel pump is the issue.

I dropped the tank to change it and found out that it was actually the plug that was causing the problem. Somehow it came unplugged and was causing those codes to be brought up

wait, so how the hell were you able to drive the car? lol.. i would assume that if your fuel pump harness came unplugged that you wouldnt even be able to start the thing?

It was barely connected. every bump or hard acceleration would cause it to damn near stall out when I finally made it home that morning I couldn't get it to turn over again. Replaced all the parts: tb, maf, app sensor nothing worked. So finally checked the fuel rail and low and behold I had no pressure whatsoever dropped the tank went to unplug it and it was barely on pushed it in all the way went into the car and turned it over and bam started right up no problem no codes idled fine. Pissed me off so much I turned the car off and went back inside for about 2 hours to calm down then came back out and put the tank back on
