Help.....car Crapped Out!!!!

So I was on a on rap getting onto I-5 North and floored the car in 2nd gear. My Balt would not go above 5000 RPM and I was WOT . So in a test I went into 3rd and it would not go above 5500 RPM. It just held there and whined at me. It did not bounce like it was hitting the rev limiter or anything it was like the car was just bogged down . Any help or suggestions this has me kinda worried all I have done is CAI and TD. I did replace the filter today but dont think that has anything to do with it. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Bump for some help

Return it to stock. Drive it for atleast 3 cycles for 20 minutes then take it into the dealer.

ok I will take your word for it and just mention it to the dealership and see what they say. I just want it fixed and all so I am not going to the dealership every week and a half.

So my CEL turned off but the car still seems kinda sluggish. I did put my stock intake back on and all. Should I still try to take it to the dealership or should I just say F*** it?
