Help Me Decide Which Is The Better Route To Take

I have been going back and fourth with this for a long time...Im a college student so that last thing I want to do is pop my motor and not have it covered under warrenty. So here are my options...please help me chose which would be best...

I have GM Stage 2, my idea is to take off the 2.8 pulley, and put the 3.0 back on, and get the gmpp Extruded Honed Exhaust manifold, and gmpp Performance Exhaust. That should still put me right around where i was with the 2.8 pulley, but the injectors will be safe, and I will still keep my warrenty. I was also considering possibly getting a 2.9 pulley since I herd those are safe to run with the stage 2 tune.

Next Option...I have a tune dyno appointment with Intense on March 20th. There I was going to buy 60lb fuel injectors, and have the car tuned for the 2.8 pulley. The problem there is I will for sure lose my warrenty if anything goes wrong with the car.

I just bought my new plates for the year which says STG 2 SS, so if I go with the Intense option I techinally won't have a Stage 2 SS anymore...I'm leaning towards the GMPP idea, price wise they are close so i'm not too concerned about that, plus its my birthday in 10 days so I will have money coming in...what do you guys think?

Look at my mods listed in my signature and that should answer your question.

Go GM Stage 2 if your worried about voiding your warranty and having relaibility issues. GM Stage 2 will be reliable and keep your warranty while providing an added increase in performance.

I searched for hours on 2.9 + Stage 2 tune... So is the offical word that the 2.9 is safe to run with the stage 2 tune? if so I'll just back down to a 2.9 pulley, and the gmpp exhaust and manifold...

In my opinion, you'll be fine with the 2.9 and the Stage 2 tune, but others may tend to disagree.

I say if you that concerned with your warranty then Just stick with the GM Stage 2. look at my sig, all those mods leave my car under warranty and the car performs great.
