need some assistance from the tuners here... installed P&P'd blower& TB, ottp stage2 with 60's and new intake. there are no codes being thrown, double checked vacuum lines and they appear to be good. this happens with both the ottp tune and my really old tune that worked great on a 2.8" and 60's.

my brother is the tuner, and figures that he would be out on vacation for the next few weeks, so i'm lost. on the log file i reved it up a few times and it works fine, but it wants to idle at 2k+ and if you rev it a few times to get it to drop down to normal idle, it surges like crazy. I don't think it's the MAF but who knows. there is no cat on the car. i'm not sure if you can tell that from the log file or not

any help is greatly appreciated, as i'd like to get this pos out of the garage tomorrow
