how to bleed

I blew my motor a few weeks ago and i put a new one in. my question is, is there a special way to bleed the intercooler system because i bled it the way you would normally bleed the cooling system. but its been 2 weeks and 900 miles and some how im loosing coolant in the system. the reservoir is empty every time i check it. i cant find any leaks that would cause the loss but there is coolant sprayed on the side of the motor so the only thing i can think of is that maybe theres air in the system and its over heating and coming out of the over flow tube and spraying the side of the motor because of the wind from the fan. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

it takes about an hour in a driveway to get it all out. unless there is a core leaking in the manifold.
