Ok, then I think I know the problem. When you put the head back on, you probably used a different head gasket thickness and forgot to change the pushrod length. Common mistake with these motors.

It's not cause he's black. Dynojets don't even have a spot to enter skin color. You're thinking of Mustang Dynos.

tighten down the lock washers on the rocker arms. you also need to install a tornado in the intake. the dorthy kind, not the metal one.

rotate the air in the tires as well. this will yield you 1.8 60ft's with that timing map

Ha!! That timing table has the sign of a "rookie noob tooner" written all over it!!

j/k, Brian!

Let's just hope nobody decides to copy it to go for those super HP numbers.

With that kink of power, only use a good quality synthetic grease for the muffler bearing, too!

You use AIR in your tires??

Anyone worth a **** knows that a lighter car is faster!

Try Helium FTW!!

Using helium in the front tires causes the front end to float off the ground causing an obvious loss of traction. I only use it in the rear tires. It's sort of like a wheelie bar that way.

hey thats good to know....

what about going with a like a 50weight oil...will that help keep the front end planted....i've been trying to run less oil then recommended to help reduce the friction inside the engine.

My **** up.... Use helium in the rears, but just fill the fronts with water instead of any of the "gases" for traction!!

O i know.. He once hit sub-300hp and my jaw just dropped...

I thought.. oh wow... since thats all he could make, thats all anyone else could ever make...

I surely thought he wouldnt be the first to max the TVS out at 298hp...

nah dude. i plugged the oil squirters with a bolt for max efficiency. better pushrods and 1.9 rocker arm ratio. i cut pieces out of the crank for it to be lighter too. stock internals other than that...you think it will hold?
