Then definitely don't get a set up from them. Don't care what muffler option you choose, they all suck. Well obviously you're on a budget so getting a full, decient catback is out of the question. Just change out your muffler to something different. Like a Dynomax Super Turbo. Will give ya some sound but not ricer loud.

Perhaps our opinion's of loud are different. But when I can't hear my supercharger whine with a 2.6" pulley and hear nothing but drone down the highway. That's way too loud for me.

yeah ive been looking into some mufflers and they sound decent. i might even try to get a zzp downpipe and a muffler.

Well this is a Cobalt forum so obviously we are talking about them.

If done properly you can actually make an LSJ sound pretty good. But you get what you pay for.

Alright i think im just going to get a magnaflow muffler for now. Cheap simple and if i dont like it my wallet wont take a big hit.

but now I have more questions...i know i need the 2.25 inlet because thats what stock is(right?)...

but what about all the other measurements like body length??

No stock SC exhaust is 2.5" except it goes to 2.25" over the axel.

just get an lnf muffler($40-$60)if all you want its alittle bit of sound.

found a couple videos of that on youtube. too high pitch. Josh-SS sent me some youtube videos of his SC with a mangaflow and it sounds really nice.
