I'm soon 2 be screwed!
Guys don't forget this will be on a Mustang dyno. I guess you'll be near of the 400BHP mark (300 WHP on the Mustang dyno) and 330 BTQ (260 WTQ). At which hour is the dyno session ?
Dyno time is around 3:00 - 4:00. Usually it takes awhile to get all hooked up and what not, so results won't be posted until later on this evening. I just went out and tuned the car with my methanol hooked back up. The only issue I have is that the jet is too small. I have a M3, M7, and M12. The 3 is too small and the 7 is too large. With that said, the small M3 jet did allow me to cool down the IAT2 temps a bit more, and lower the injector duty cycles by 2-4%. When I tried to add some timing, the car didn't like it so timing is set at a conservative 15-16* until I can get ahold of the 5M jet I need. I should have planned ahead and thought that one out as that could have brought a decent additional gain. Sorry gents. Wish me luck though.
I just checked the weather and it's 91* outside, but with the heat index it's 99*! Just FYI.

DUDE, this is by far the coolest project on this thread. ( no offense turbo guys!) cant wait for the numbers man! even if they are low for some reason, you still know that its hella fast according to the butt dyno! good luck bro.
Maybe I should just stay away from this thread...
and last time it just started a +2 page arguement about differant youtube videos, mustangs, etc.....
Yeah, where is he? Gotta be home by now!
But I guess maybe that it runs so good with the tune that he won't quit cruzin til sometime tomorrow!
And I wouldn't blame him!

your also leaving me the impression that your just a SH!tt disturber.
This comment is a reply to your dyno post since they locked it!
You shouldn't have used meth as its just a way to squeeze out a few more horsepower or cover up a crappy tune. Not to mention it really doesn't give true numbers for the average consumer unless this kit plans to contain meth. Hopefully you can work out your tune and get dyno numbers with and without the usage of meth.

First of all I would like to apologize for the whole twinscrew fiasco I've been working here. The kit is a true bolt on kit except for the tuning. My car is not even close to stock and is very different from all other LSJ's in that my compression was changed due to the 2.2L Cometic headgasket on there. I'll admit that I'm new to tuning, but getting better and better by the moment. I learned so much stuff from Colin the other day at the Show Zone it's not even funny.
Secondly, as soon as I get back from the two week training TDY I'm on, I'll be hitting the car up hard once again. There is a lot of work to be done still, and a few things that need to be changed. Rome wasn't built in a day, and this twinscrew kit cannot be tuned by myself in a day without a dyno. I will be seeking Colin's help at the Show Zone as he is an awesome tuner.
Thirdly, I'll just let you guys know straight up, no bullshit, the belt was slipping on the dyno. I'm not going into why it was, but we weren't getting full boost due to it. Thus, I need to make some changes on the setup.
Lastly, the guys at Rebel Auto Worxs are awsome. If you guys only knew how supportive, trusting, helpful, and understanding they have been with me you would definitely want to do business with them. Please don't frown upon them for my setbacks with my TS. I am the test car for the kit, I am trying my damn best to test/tune/improve the kit in all my free time as I do work full time in the Air Force, and it is I who you can bitch/moan/gripe about to in getting everything all worked out.
I, from here on out will not put out anymore info on the kit without being ordered to do so until all the kinks are worked out. I don't want another thread to get out of hand and frankly the negative energy from the site is really bringing me down here. I have poured my heart and soul into this project, and for people to **** all over me and treat me like crap for it is just unacceptable to me. To those who have been patient and helpful, I appreciate your support in this endevour I have taken on. From my first hand experience I will say that fabrication, testing, and definitely tuning is a lot harder than people think it is. Please stand by from here on out until I get some cold hard full boosted well tuned numbers from the kit. I'm out!
