I'm soon 2 be screwed!
So now this thread is going down hill too.
Stop making excuse, stop looking at this thread and fix the car. Then come back with better numbers and dyno's and track times and shut Dan up.
Agruing about how your car can do better in theory isn't going to cut it and it will go in circle all day long.
Also in my opinion there is a difference between a retail marketed power adder kit or something you put together on your own.

you know.. for a long time i took what you said seriously b/c you stood above most of these guys and showed character... but lately your making some really stupid ass comments
He got it together, not tuned fully yet, it put down 275hp on a Mustang dyno w/ the belt slipping and not seeing full boost and now he is going to be gone for 2 weeks and he will be back full force when he gets back! After he gets it tuned right then he is adding meth and hopeing for better $'s! Oh you also missed all the jealous haters causing alot of useless bullshit drama....
thanks for the info guys. sounds like everything went somewhat smoothly for the most part. that's a good baseline, it'll be nice to see what the numbers are after everything is tweeked out. i dont know why people are hating on this, i'm seriously considering this upgrade in the future.
For all you haters, im not sure exactly but the turbo car was basically brought to a shop and done by the shop with the shop tuning it with multiple people on the project... HE did this **** in his garage and is tuning it by himself on the streets give him a ******* break. You dont just bolt on a couple things and have 300+ hp... Give the guy a little credit 75% of the people on here would buy the **** drop it off at the shop and say i need 300hp give me the bill when i get back. Half you ******* dont change your own oil... w/e keep up the good work dude

You speak the truth about that.

VERY WELL PUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The main reason my car isn't faster right now lol no time to install all the rest of my parts.
It isn't that he is doing it himself that bugs people. This is a kit he purchased. It should come ready to go with a box tune that that should only need tweaked for any extra mods he has, such as Meth.
RAW had a test car to make this on, it should of been 100% before being sold. Having customers do the R&D seems kinda shitty. Even if 2K5SS wanted it that way, they should have still denied it till it was ready and complete.
All this crap of him making excuses is just hyping it up even more. Nothing should of been posted until the kit was 100% and producing the best #s and times it could with the test car they had.
BTW there are plenty of people on this site that do their own work, and those were the people that said this TS swap was gonna be ****. And what do you know...

well it would be nice if you could buy it with a HPT tune. problem is there is various operating systems out there for cobalt SS sc to figure out. kinda of hard for a little company starting out to deal with. or we all could be sitting back watching hahn raise a little hype and taking to long to release a great kit for bolt on. Nuts!!
At least for the adventourous type who is willing to tune has a bolt on kit. more than we have seen from hahn.
Hardly 22 psi and 140 AIT temps is truly hardly the same. All that is needed is tuning to make HP. I dont see that being the case here. It maybe easier to tune with a different engine management system. ah more money.....LOL
