Losing boost ? Help!!!
Yeah it's not the bypass valve. I checked my solenoid connector, looks fine. I will be buying a new solenoid though from the dealer soon to see if that fixes my problem.
Hey paul, pm me your email address so I can send you my tune.

It shouldn't be much. The most I see it being is $100. However, if the dealer wants too much, I may have a website that carries it. It's the same website I bought my actuator from, try and get an actuator somewhere, you can't. It's almost impossible. The dealer will say what's that? Or they will say they don't make them lol. Which is almost true.
before I put a solonoid on It I'd put a volt meter across the wires on the solonoid and see if it has battery v across the terminals. My reasoning for this is because the boost is ok then it drops off meaning it is sealed then bleeds the boost.
Bump. I had the part's guys check to see if we had a boost bypass solenoid in stock, but they couldn't find it on the computer. Anyone have the part number that way I don't have to call Parts Tech Help.
Look at your "desired Map" and Desired map s/s". They control the amout of boost (ie. torque management). This link shows how to rid of it. I was having the same problem with 3rd bleeding off, (noticed on my way to the only track time i've gotten so far). Fixed it the following weekend, and now i sometimes see boost creep ( i think..not logging it all the time).
