m62 boost soliniodand flapper?

Hey guys, on the m62 im changing my boost soliniod because i thought it was stuck open. However i think the problem might be that butterfly on the bootom of the charger. Is the flap supposed to move freeley? min is pretty tight. Can i take it apart and lube it or something?

all right guys i lubed it up and im on the road in a sec. Ill let u know what i see....

worst idea ever. i keep getting reduced engine power. here are all the codes that im getting

p0017 Crankshaft Position (CKP) - Exhaust Camshaft Position (CMP) Correlation - ECM, PCM
p0069 Manifold Absolute Pressure - Barometric Pressure Correlation PCM
p0121 Throttle Position (TP) Sensor 1 Performance ECM, PCM
p0133 HO2S Slow Response Sensor 1 ECM, PCM
p0137 HO2S Circuit Low Voltage Sensor 2 ECM, PCM
p0300 Engine Misfire Detected ECM, PCM
p1101 ntake Air Flow System Performance ECM, PCM
p1182 Supercharger Inlet Pressure Sensor Performance PCM
P2229 Barometric Pressure (BARO) Sensor Circuit High Voltage PCM

i just made the flap stuck open again through hill billy engineering. Im back to no boost at WOT, but it goes into reduced power mode. i can try putting the old boost solenoid back on. Then it will be how it was i guess. Im not leaking fuel or coolant or anything. every sensor is put back in its place. im not sure why i have all these codes...

its called a boost bypass valve not a flapper, if its stuck open its redirecting the air from going in the supercharger past it straight into the intake manifold. what did you lube it with? whatever it was it just went into your intake manifold and possibly into your head

I thought that the boost bypass valve was next to the head on the driverside? Its a black, rectangle, plastic box with two vaccume line on it and a sensor? Then i thought that the solenoid was the round black pod on the supercharger? I lubed it with throttle body cleaner and gentlely worked the valve free. Today i had to go to work which is only 15 min away. I drove it very carefully and i was good until i got about a mile away. I shifted at about 3000 rpm in first then it hit reduced power again.

Also, when i push in the clutch to stop or shift my rpms will rise. Im thinking that maybe the supercharger gasket might be f'ed up. So, if im not getting a good seal then that would deffenatly be a problem. However before i hit reduced engine mode the idle is great and the car seems to drive fine. Other then the riseing rpms...

I get my gasket tomorrow, had to order from GM. So, tomorrow I'll have it done and I'm pretty sure that's going to fix it. Has anybody elses valve gotten stuck open? Just wondering if there is something I did to gum it up, Such as my meth??? The valve moves Greeley now. Just have to wait for my gasket.

Alright new update:
I got ahold of a new gasket for the m62. I cleaned up both surfaces and a few things happened. The idle has clearded up a lot however, still going into reduced power. I clearned the TB and the MAF i put the cold air back on to make sure that there is no leaks. Do you guys think that my supercharger is done for? I mean that valve was stuck open so maybe when i got it lose its not lose enough? By the codes it seems to focus on the air intake and the manifold. anyone with an M62 that i can borrow to see if the supercharger is bad?

yea this problem is about outta control. I have a LS4 TB sitting here, maybe i should throw it on and see if it goes into limp mode. The SC is tight for sure but, is there any way to pressurize my intake to see if its leaking? Maybe a pump with a gauge on it or someyhing?

K, the valve is not seating right. It has a wear spot on the valve it self. So, i flipped the valve upside down and had to epoxy it on the bar which it is held. It works!! the car is up and running however a TVS is coming because im done putting time into the m62. Parts to fix the M62 is around 300$. well, thats 300more $ ill need for the TVS.
