Stage 3 HE:

Bigger, lighter, more effiecent, 2 rows, 60 dollars more, takes way longer to get heatsoaked.

Stage 1 HE:

Poop. Small, heavier, 60 dollars less, heatsoaked fast.

If we want to get general, Stage 3 HE will keep your car faster longer, if it gets heatsoaked your vehicle makes less power.

stage 1 is a cheap pos and they will tell you that themselves. it's an air to air core modded with endtanks.
stage 1 is shipped over from china in premade cores blah blah.
stage 3 is hand crafted from parts in the usa, there was a picture showing the internal differences idk what thread it was in though.

it's just the difference between halfassed and doing it right basically.
