megan muffler replaces by magnaflow

I have zzp combo catted with megan exhaust and it is LOUD. sounds great but loud. so i am thinking about swapping mufflers with a magnaflow. i got 3 questions.
1) will it quiet it down?
2) will it or should it still have a good tone?

thanks. once agian

One... two... thr... wait a second...

I'd just put a catted DP in it and sell the one you've got. You won't lose much money, and you'll still have a good tone. Not to mention you don't have to chop your **** up.

i have a catted d/p.

plus im going to keep the megan muffler just get the last section duplicated with the flange w/ a new muffler. or if i go with the resonator, try doing the same thing. but i researched that and most people said they the resonators are huge. so i dont know.

A resonator will help dramatically. My car was obnoxiously loud until I added the glasspack resonator. Might not look like much, but omg does it help. Things a beast too, all like 36" of it.
