The MP112 is a 1.8L. Yeah thats not a bad price but dont forget the kit has to be made to make it work on our cars.

The roots blowers from Magnuson are easy compared to the Lysholm.

pm me a price and ill start working the budget for it. a spare m62 should be here any day, when it and the spare lower mani and ls4 throttle body get here ill be sending them out to you for the full port polish and single pass conversion. that should give me a good baseline to dyno at before i begin really modding the car.

I think Steve is asking $1300 for his kit. So price wise, its a lot cheaper then a new TVS. Compared to a used TVS is a horse a piece. If anyone is looking at a used TVS make sure to buy one that has not meth ran through it. It voids the warranty and has caused some problem for a handful of people. Or expect to pay an additional $200 to have ZZP rebuild it.

For reference:

M62 = 1 Liters of air per rev
TVS = 1.32 Liters of air per rev
MP90 = 1.45 Liters of air per rev
on that same token:
M62 = 5th gen. medium efficiency
TVS = 6th gen, most efficient
MP90 = 4th gen, not horribly efficient

if you want a big blower, why not get a big 6th gen? TVS 1320, 1650, or 1900
(i think harrop is the only company using the 1650 rotor pack this far)

There is no difference in efficiency between the 4th and 5th gen superchargers. The only difference is the coating on the rotor pack. They got rid of the gray (Teflon) coating since it would flake off easy and went with the black (abratable coating) which is more durable. And Harrop or Magnuson do not make a bearing plate to make use of the 1650 rotor pack yet.
