Muffler Swap

Ok iv got an megan racing catback and pretty much sounds like **** and the resonator is vibrating at like 5psi/3.5k rpms so i think it needs to be replaced as well. Iv tighten all the bolts and checked to make sure nothing is hitting the bottom of the car so it has to be the catback cause my stock catback was not having this problem till i put on the megan one, also i got this used so i can contact megan racing about fixing it.

I wanna know what Muffler do you think i should get, iv heard the dynomax super turbo muffler is good and pretty quiet unlike this megan.

Also what brand resonator?

I had the Megan. Then I replaced the muffler with a Magnaflow. Sounds better. I'm also catless and have no resonator. I'm getting a resonator soon though. Probably going with Magnaflow.

How does it sound like ****?
I've got the Megan Drift Spec cat-back and I think it sounds pretty good.
I keep my resonator in most of the time, because I don't like attracting attention at school.

Because you have a resonator. lol. With a blown one, it will sounds like ****. But even with a resonator, it's too loud. All about preference.

Even with it off, it sounds pretty good. Just a bit loud for my tastes, I like to be low key.

I agree it does sound loud even with a resonator.

OP never said anything about anything being broken.
Can't say anything though, I bought mine brand new.
