Thanks for that pic comparison. I've always wanted to see an easy way to tell the difference between the two. I have Powell stg 1's and like them. We're doing good till my mounts wore out and torn. I gotta get a whole new set, upper and lower frt.

I'm on the Trifecta Gm stg 3 as well and love it. The adjustable rev limiter is great and the H.O. mode when I was in gas, in e85 now, was awesome. Love to use the giggle juice sometime.

That reminds me I'll need Trifecta to unlock the A/C. I don't really use it but it'd be nice to have when people ride with me.

Just figured I'd update the thread. I've had my GMPP Manifold for a while now, gonna wait till I have the downpipe to install it. I ordered a ZZP Catback on Thursday. Should be here tomorrow. I'm really excited for that. Onto the pics of the manifold. Props to Joe for the porting.

Enjoy the manifold, they work great. I'm surprised I haven't sold the other one yet.

I'm surprised too. Well I received my ZZP Catback today and installed it. I have to say, ZZP makes very good quality stuff. Welds are awesome, fitment was great, and best of all it sounds really good. Onto the pics:

Well, I have a little update on my car. I had to put it in the shop for a couple days because there was a rattling noise coming from the engine, found out it was coming from the timing chain area. I assumed it was the timing chain tensioner, because the rattle was intermittent. When we tore it down I replaced the timing chain tensioner, timing chain, balance shaft chain, and balance shaft chain tensioner replaced. I've been driving it for a week and I haven't heard the noise at all. I got some pics while tearing it down.

Just a thought, but you should have tried just replacing the tensioner for now. Probably would have cleared up the noise, and you could have done the timing gear when you do the head. IMO.

I believe the tensioner was the issue. However I have an extended warranty on it so I got them to replace everything. I figured I might as well since I'm in there, especially since I didn't have to pay for the extra parts. Also, would there be any benefit to replacing the cam gear?
