The 32MM socket you use will be perfect. It's tight and hard to get leverage on. You will probably end up punching the frame/header/head when trying to break it loose and cuss very loudly.

Between Al and I, we've installed cams and timed this motor close to 15 times. I know I had to personally do mine close to 10 due to some "mix ups". You should be good.

I usually end up punching what ever I'm working on, then bleed.

I bought a cheap wrench from the parts store and cut it in half with my grinder for the tensioner. It fit back there easier, but you'll probably still bust your damn knuckles as I rememeber I did!

sucks man, but seriously thanks for the injectors man, making a big difference so far.
gonna call off the cam install for tomorrow, I don't think my motor is too happy right now and I don't want to really push it anymore than I already am

Damn Trix that's kind of you. That my friends is the type of person we need a lot more of on this site. People helping others out in time of need. Delaying ones project to help another out. Kudos to Trix, and I'd plus rep you if we could still.

Paul, is it hard to dial in the 79's? Just curious. Hope things start looking better with the new injectors.

79's looking good so far... hitting 89% idc's though at 6300 rpm and @18-19 psi.
pretty easy to set up though (thanks to Witt) car runs a lot smoother now, idles better, and all around drives better, no I just gotta dial in the rest of my tune to work properly, still getting a lean spike midrange, but I think I got it figured out, but won't know for sure until later when I go do some more pulls

WOW! Paul, I guess the car is really hungry! Damn you really did need those injectors! Good luck with the pulls, I hope you can get it all dialed in up to 7K.

Paul, that's why your car hasn't been running nicely, you haven't "finished it off." No happy ending, no running well!

Sweet. Do the quote for the Charleston address please, and I'll pay you accordingly. They don't have TIG capabilities over here!
