When we make the kit with a front mount intercooler then you will be able to use the sheet metal intake manifold.

the m90 will not make enough power for the power it take to turn it. But it will be cool to see someone do it to see if the numbers true.

Maybe but for 900 dollars which includes the price of the blower it's worth it to see.

The procharger can't possibly flop as bad as the TS dyno did.

I wasent very inpressed by the TS. But the peices and look are fantastic. I think that its going to be a great upgrade for people just trying to peak over 300 whp. It will take a few more mods then just the swap but its ok. Very nice looking though. I wish I had a CNC machine in my area.

For the money the TS isn't worth the upgrade. You could spend 1K and get a ported head if you want 300whp with the eaton.

With a not so small pulley, much less heat, and the beggining stages of his tuning and what not, I would say that the numbers that were put down were pretty good for a Mustang Dyno. It's an upgrade from the M62, people shouldn't shoot it down so quickly.

Back on topic though, I'm lookin forward to seeing the results on this build as well.

Stay Tuned! oh shhhiiiizzzzz kid...its about that time hu! damn you i say, damn you!

Also i will probably post on that TS setup...but why is he running meth injection? isnt that the point of running a bigger SC so you dont have to band aid the setup?

Some people don't consider meth a band aid fix. I will admit, for a supercharger it more so is. But with a Turbo it def is not.

I dunno about a bandaid, I just use it to increase my octane on pump gas so I can run a race gas tune on the street, Serves that purpose quite well

ok back on ProCharger subject...i guess that is one thing about ProCharger you can make obscene hp numbers on pump gas! i know i put down 550whp on my vette on 91 octane no meth/alk injection here

But we are talking LSJ...so with the colder intake temps and higher CFM should be interesting and there should be no need for Alk/Meth on this setup.

Do we have any power estimates on what she will put down????

You guys using a C1 correct? How much boost you looking for first dyno pull?

If you guys run 20 lbs on first dyno pull, I will guess 306whp with a bad tune.

I'm really curious to see the actual torque curve. On the twin screw swap I saw it was a bit more peaky than the m62 which imo even with higher numbers, will probably make for a slower car at the track.

Although I believe the procharger will blow the twinscrew away in all departments for the simple reason that its being used within its designed limits.

I look forward to see what the procharger will put down both on the dyno and the track and I don't think I'm going to be disappointed.

correct C-1 and 2.95 pulley should be right around 15-17psi...its going to be interesting as there is really not much piping...

So i say 15psi...260whp with bad tune...bump up to 17psi and good tune 300whp and 20 psi should be right around 350whp with a conservative tune.

TQ curve should be nice and smooth and always rising not falling off at any point

15 - 17 lbs I will guess 270 range for first couple dyno pulls. Would 20 lbs be over spinning this thing? I don't know details on it.
