dude, a saab mani from zzp costs only 300 give or take the price of shipping. Don't puss out b/c you're too cheap. Next thing you're gonna say is that you're gonna slap on a ko4 b/c that's what a stock t/c uses.

Dont scrimp on the build just to save a few dollars here. We all know that manifold is shitty and wont get any decent numbers from it. The Saab mani is a good start, and there are soo many other badass manis on the list. Pick a nice one and let the rest fall into place.

its just better if you keep an eye for an aftermarket manifold from now till then. even if its used. but if you dont see none of us here running that plate is for a reason. Am planning on getting the saab mani pretty soon so ill have my hahn for sale for a fair price if by then your interested and its a good start

will it work and be "fine"? yes. will it be efficient and produce decent numbers? doubtful. and you won't be saving too much money by doing that. cost of the plate and getting piping made to fit that location, only to later get a different setup. you'll be spending the same if not more than you would by getting a real manifold. the stock manifold can barely cool a 2.8" pulley setup. imagine it trying to cool a turbo...

well if you do get rid of it let me know. its one of a kind and i'd rather have it back and trade you than have some random kid own it.

and i highly doubt its the exhaust manifold thats causing the leak. it never leaked on my car, not once. and after it was taken off it was never dropped, banged, abused, etc..

Lol. Ive thought about it anyway. I think im gonna drop the motor and try to fix the exhaust leak. Its rather annoying. But at the same time im rapidly approaching 90xxx miles. I dont want to put too mich of a strain on it since its getting some age on it. If i keep it ill tear it down and build it. Idk. Still thinking about it anyway. Lol.

Mark:
Ill def let you have dibs if i do get rid of it.
