Ok I will give that a try, I'm just worried about a vacuum leak.

I would ditch that stock header and downpipe.

Well I wouldn't put that on the priority list. You got a long way to go before pushing stock internals to it's limits. Get supporting mods for the TVS.

you stock exhaust manifold will actually hurt the safe zone more with the tvs. I have a vibrant header and downpipe i am selling for a good price. Its also one of if not the best power producing headers made for our car

Forged internals are a little overrated if you ask me. With a good tune, a stock LSJ longblock will last a long time even with a TVS and small pulley.

100% Meth just blew his engine but it had ~140k and he has been pushing the limits since day one. That is pretty impressive if you ask me.

Held within spec compression at 100k, put back to stock and 25k later cyl 1 dies.

These engines are very stout in stock form.

Anyone have an m62 bypass valve/actuator on their TVS? If so, how did you do it? Like run the vacuum lines

PM me a price I will consider it. I was thinking of a Badmab header and maybe a ZZP 3" Catted DP, I dont like my car to be loud thats why I haven't messed with my exhaust stuff.

ZZP's resonator is your best friend then. I'm catless and my car actually sounds pretty good. When I had a high flow cat it made my exhaust whisper quiet.

badmab/zzp is a great combo..i run the badmab.zzp 3" catless dp, zzp 3" catback with the resonator and i love the sound..with the high flow cat it stays pretty quiet but gives it a nice deep tone i highly suggest it
