your pricing is high on the head 1500 come on better solutions out there like billabong will do you a nice head for 350 you dont need a valve cover gasket or front cover gasket if you have the updated tensioner which i think you do so you dont need that you can do a balance shaft delete for 80 bucks so by going by your 3572 figure minus all the **** you dont need then add in the difference in the pricing you could do cams for 2125

Update....

I went through and deleated some of the rambling & nonsense.

I also made this thread a sticky.

Keep in mind, if this thread ever goes down hill, I will remove it from the sticky list.

Let's keep the good info from the experienced members coming, and remember to direct new members with questions about the TVS to this thread. Thanks!

Ya ditto I wish we had E too. A few people have put the fear of god spraying meth though a TVS. I have yet to see official actual results of one failing due to meth going through it or seeing the coating come off the rotors on a TVS due to meth. I will be running a 10gph nozzle pre blower and I'm going I love every minuite of it .

I agree with Staged, let's keep this thread on track and save the bickering for PM's.

Honestly i don't think the gains of running meth outweigh the cost and the risk...

You take proper precautions like a pressure switch and setting you interceptor ammunicator for KR3 there is little to no risk. You hook up meth and just hope for the best then you are asking for it. It's most definitey worth it vs just running pump gas.

I make plenty on just good old 93 , if i wanted more power i would drop the pulley

Also meth isn't cheap these days but i guess it all depends on the person and there set up..

Ya you can make decient power on 93 for sure. But a TVS loves timing and revs. I love meth because it allows me to run a more aggressive tune and keeps my IATs much cooler. Meth is cheap. 5 gallons costs me $25. I run 50/50 and it lasts me almost all summer. But that will probably change after I install this 10gph nozzle lol.

Federal standards states average is 15,000 miles/year so I'm a little above that haha. But regardless back on topic. Don't be scared to use meth as a DD as long as you are smart about you will never have a problem. And your TVS will thank you lol.

Oh she thanks me every day when i start her up lol, are your Federal standards also in KM ? Honestly i think it would just be easier and less risk and hassle to drop my pulley a tad and also cheaper long term and short. All these talk about mods and i'm done with them!

can't wait to get out to the track this year and go for 13 flat or maybe even high 12's. fastest time on the old set up was 13.4@114-116. New set up is beast mode
