I'm either getting a stage II from GM or OTTP.

I don't imagine me getting up to 300HP with these mods, even with I/H/E so is it save to assume Stage 1 is what I should buy.

I honestly think after those mods I'm done with modding this cobalt.

Stage 1 would be sufficient. Even SS T/C mounts would be good enough.

 

I second stage 1. I'm running stage 1 with a rear poly insert, it works well.
