From what I hear, you will gain about 15whp by porting the blower and it is worth it in my opinion. Yes, its not the 30 or so gained with a Cobra but still great

With Cobra's we saw great IAT2 drops, with some additional boost gained. Just running a smaller pulle will increase heat thus increasing IAT2 temperatures.

Yes, you are spending more than just a pulley but picking up good results in power and cooling.

Interesting. ~15whp on a Gen V M62? What were the other mods? I would assume a 2.5" pullied car would benefit in both power/torque gains, and IAT2 reduction. This is my next mod, before I start into the engine. May I ask where you got this info, and for some more details? Thanks

This is just what I have heard through people in the industry...not sure on all of the mods.

Even on cobra's, every car made a bit more or less than the other car

Gotcha. Since Stiegemeier is only ~30 min away, and they have a dyno, maybe I'll see about doing a direct before and after dyno on my car with one? If anyone is going to see gain, I should with my mods.
