don';t need to, it's only pinning because your maxin the injectors. Go to bigger injectors and a fuel pump and you can still use 3" piping, at 22.5 psi and ovver 420whp I'm still only hitting 10400 hz up top.

Watching the boost gauge to make sure it only goes to 11lbs for break in, then the Holset says hai and it almost wrapped around. Never seen Dan let off so fast.

Just for reference, I was at 130% IDCs at 22psi on the 50 trim with 60lbers. I did the Walbro pump with a Aeromotive FPR and return line and my IDCs dropped to 85%. Even lower when I run the meth.

on 60's I hit in the 170% range lol, damn stock pump.
I upgraded the pump and it went down to 130%, swapped to the 79's and I usually sit @78-82% idc now

I'd can't remember what my fuel pressure is. It's been a while. But the car lives again today too. The BOV isn't working right though. Tons of flutter everytime I get off the gas. Gotta fix that today.

Then i broke the shifter cables...losing 2-4-r...dropping it off for warranty work to get it repaired tomorrow...only the 3rd time they have snapped....

Pro ******* engine build imo.

Nothing like 25-30psi on break-in.

Witt & WSFrazier Engine Services looking for another project.

you have one waiting lol.
Once the house deal is done I'll hit you up.
Looking at a new place today with 2 garages lol.
BTW I think I'm going to order a set of rods for the hell of it.
Got the nuetrals, Ceramic coated diamond pistons, Cometic head gasket, Golden Eagle head studs, and cams, still needs valve springs and retainers, and that;s about it.
Might go with the gm racing dual coils and ti retainers

Lemme know man, we're definetly up for the trip.

BTW, the rings we used are total seals for a 4g63 .40 over. They sealed up tighter then a stock engine off the show room floor. Top one is moly and bottom is cast iron. If you need the part number just PM me. Even at 30psi boost spikes, no blown dipstick or smoke.

Since you guys do it pretty often, are valve seals a normal part that I can get aftermarket, or dealer only? I dropped my head off yesterday at my buddies shop and completely forget to get valve seals, I wasn't planning on him doing a full valve job and ****, now I need my car back by tuesday and have no idea where i'm gonna get them from

We've used stock replacements that you get from the dealer. No idea who would sell seats/seals that wouldn't already be used.
