Question Sad Face

So my idol is so bad that any time I stop the idol bounces terribly, and stalls.. Now I have loud knocking in the head (Maybe loose lifter?) also when cruising or taking off the sound of my car is a purring sound not a normal "humm", or "rumble" (fowled plugs maybe?) I did pull em and they do look bad but think they have around 40kish miles on them which isnt much.. but I got some Ngk 2 Step Colders coming in the am. Lol might be easy fixes but very overwhelming and frustrating to say the least... Anyone else having similar problems? and maybe fixed the issues? or any thoughts? please, and thank you.

Me. When i stop and hit the clutch oftentimes it stalls or atleast does a lot of idle bounce. The knock may be engine knock because in starting tot hink the engine gets leaned out when this happens. No i dont have much advice yet. Is your car stock?

replace your timing chain tensioner. that would do it. it could be loose which could cause the knocking and rough idle

also, if you're still on 42's with a 2.8, i HIGHLY recommend getting 60's or higher
