I'm not to worried at all about the JB Weld falling out after seeing it on the SC and after reading and talking to a bunch of people who have had this done for a year or more. I'm convinced it'll be okay. Here are a few more pics of how things are going. As of this afternoon all i need to do is clean up the sticky residue left over from the tape, and clean the JB on the outside of the casing and put it all back together. (Hoping the leak will seal itself with pressure) I'm thinking my camera takes videos so i'll try to get a video up soon but i don't know when my PCM will show up from TAG so it may be a while. (I'm hoping for tonight though.) Here's the pics:

Looks great to me, i didn't mean to be a downer at all BTW, I think this is a great free mod if it helps and makes the s/c louder. Definately let us all hear it when done

Just filled the resivoir with oil and i'm letting it set for a while and then rotating the charger to check for leaks in the seal. So far it looks promising and i can't wait to hear this thing scream...

Time to bring this thread back alive. I did this mod today, and took a short run after 4 hours of curing time. The second the bypass closes and the car begins using boost, the S/C starts whining. At WOT, it IS loud. I can't wait until tomorrow so that its fully cured.

To be 100% honest, the boost gauge looked to climb a tiny bit faster, but it is mostly louder with a higher pitch. It probably is just my imagination making me "think" its faster.

I want to create one, but I didn't take any pictures of the process. If SStud wants, we can work together and make one.

Yes, the 2 holes near the top of the V. Right by where it says LSJ and on the other side by the series of numbers.
