screws stuck n stripped!!! help!!!
I'm trying to change my plugs n injectors but I ran into a problem. The 4 allen key screws on the top of the motor cover are stripped and the one that wasn't stripped is so tight n stuck I can't get it off. The screws on the injector n fuel rail cover are the same way. What can I do to get these screws off!

I ran into the same problem. Take a dye grinder with a cutting wheel attachment and grind a valley into it. Then take a flat head screwdriver and place it into the valley and turn. You basically just turned the torx bolt into a flat head bolt. Hope this helps.

first of all...it's a T30 torx, NOT an allen. if it's really stuck in there, an impact driver seems to be one of the best tools for loosening them.
you can replace with M6x1.00x20mm shouldered hex head machine screws once you get them out, and then they'll never really be stuck again.
now that it's pretty much destroyed, die grinder/flathead is a good way to try, but i'll also suggest using a can of compressed air upside-down to spray freon on the spark plug cover to try to shrink the aluminum slightly and relieve some of the pressure on the head of the screw.
