BUT at the lower left under the 23 it shows in small print

mostly when I am driving it seems to average about 25-27 MPG. that is without cruise control on.

Just mess with it but the tube isnt bent just right, and the mounting bracket isnt in the perfect location.

It will fit, just doesnt please most people.

We dont have much of any discounts, we just try to sell everything as low as we can, so you dont have to worry about not getting the best price possible from us.

Anyone have that front end intake that XTC makes? I'm kind of confused on that whole system because the description says "This unit WILL work with both the FACTORY airbox and intake system as well as our XTC cold air intake setup and most others that are available(Injen, Fujita , K&N)" Does that mean its more like a filter just comes with a hose just incase?

*Keep in mind I do not have a cobalt yet so I can't look under the hood yet =( I am planning on getting one soon so I'm trying to shop around on the parts I want to get cause I'm saving for them now

You gotta go with aem. Its the best one for the best price the only bad thing is that you cant even see that its on so it doesnt matter what color you get it and its not good for showing of under the hood

BTW... got it on and the fit was a little hairy. However I would chalk that up to it being a 3" tube. Nothing too dificult at all.. Also the HP gain is very noticable (more so than other intakes I've experienced) and the sound comming out of it is Insane! to say the least.
Great product, I would give it a 10.

Ok so the AEM or the XTC intake is the one most people are going with. What is the proper part number for the AEM that isn't a short one and who has it the cheapest? Thanks folks.

going with aem is the same thing as buying an aem dryflow filter for 50 dollars and modding your airbox straight up aem is ripping people off with this tube that is 5 inches long with a filter and all you do is attach it to your stock airbox so it looks stock might as well just go buy a 1009 k n filter and getting some rose cutters and cutting your box to where all thats left is the holes for the bolts save 140 dollars ive had it on for 1500 miles driven through HARDCORE rain NO CEL NO FLOODING MAN UP

I have noticed sometimes when I come to a stop my RPM's swing about 1.5K up and down, up and down like the ECM is juggling the readings. it is like it swings 1.5 k up then down and the next swing is shorter then the next is even shorter like the juggling effect helps it dial in to the proper idle RPM again.

what could this mean ? the AEM intake jacked ? anyone else experience this ?
