That's fair. A little ridiculous if you think the a stock TB is going to drastically change results but fair if you want to get technical.

Well 9 times out of 10 the performance gains from porting a supercharger are always on the inlet side. Smoothing the inlet port helps by increasing velocity into the supercharger. I'm sure zoomer has details on the testing they did to come to the conclusion he posted. Gains were probably minimal at best.

So is this incorrect info? Or you just mean the blower you modded the outlet on had a stock inlet?

Interesting theory. But they said the inlet port was never smoothed. Just the inlet opened up on blower 1 to match the LS4 and blower 2 was bone stock. Sub'd for outlet only modification with stock TB dyno testing haha

this. The winning blower in the dyno sheet was outlet port ONLY. Zzp tb spacer/adapter to an ls4. The other blower was stock other than being machines out for the ls4 as opposed to a spacer, with the cleanup extending an inch or two into the case.

My LS throttle body, adapter plate and blower inlet did not match up well. I hogged out the plate and blower snout and the results were dramatic.
