im gona put a smaller gap on the plugs and see...
the only thing i have changed is i went from a bkr9 to a bkr6

If you can't figure anything out, turn off everything electrical and reflash your current tune with a write entire. I've had a car glitch up on me before. Caused insane fuel issues.

Make sure there is NOTHING that can cause electrical interference. Scanner, radio, lights, gauges, etc.
If a flash fails you just try again. If a write-entire fails you can lose the PCM.

Write calibrations only takes about 35-45 seconds, while a write entire takes a few minutes.
