switching exhaust, gains?

So i have to get rid of my megan racing catback because it is to loud and i would like to get a header/dp.

So my plan is to go with the GMPP Touring, angle tip, and ZZP header/dp 1.75 primaries w/ cat.

How do you think it will sound and what kind of gains can i expect over just my megan racing catback?

another question...

how loud in comparison would this

Megan racing catback vs ZZP HEader/dp + Magnaflow catback?

GMPP setup will be quieter. Magnaflow will give you slightly more power. GMPP is 2.25" and Magnaflow is 2.5". But GMPP does give gains over stock. So at your current power level it is just a matter of choice. Go onto youtube and listen to both setups and pick the one you like better. Both will be quieter than the megan.

header and downpipe will get you better gains, but changing catbacks may effect 1hp or 2 its really all for sound

You also need to remember that the header and dp will also make the car louder.

with a header/dp combo you will feel noticeable gains. is megan a 3 inch exhst, if it is going to a 2.5 will net more i heard of members losing power with a 3inch. magnaflow is also cheaper than gmpp from what i hear but it all comes down to preference.

my bud went from magnaflow to GMPP performance.
he gained about 5hp...
both dynos were in similar weather conditions and engine temps/ iat2s, ect ect.

I too have the GMPP performance exhaust with the zzp shorty and raw dp.
sounds killer.
